income ELIGIBILITY

2026-2027 School year

St. Andrew Nativity School is a tuition-free school that only accepts students who qualify for the Oregon National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

To verify eligibility, each family must submit the following documents:

  • 2025 Federal Income Tax Return (Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ) and any additional schedules

  • 2025 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements from all employers

If applicable, please also provide:

  • 2025 1099/1099-R Forms for Interest/Dividends

  • Documentation of all non-taxable income received in 2025 

Applications will not be accepted without proof of income. 

Students who qualify for the federal free and reduced-price meals program receive priority in the admissions review. Students who qualify under the Oregon Expanded Income Guidelines (EIG) may also be considered, depending on availability.
